Day 365 - December 31, 2013

First Off, I want to say Thank You to the readers who have followed along all year and given me a reason to feel like I was actually doing something with this. It's been hard to remain dedicated sometimes, since my photo-taking skills were not always primed and ready to go when they should've been… but I stuck with something for an ENTIRE year. I feel pretty accomplished.

Secondly, I want to wish my amazing cousin, Irene, an insanely happy birthday. I'm so proud of you for the things you are doing with your life, and I cannot wait to see you graduate!!! I know you're going to have an amazing time in California and I hope that many doors open in your future. You're truly going places!!!

Third, I have no idea if I'm going to do another Project365 or not. I have a friend who wants to collaborate and do something together-ish, but we've yet to brainstorm. I will continue taking pictures and if I decide to do it again, it will be right here!!!

Our New Years wasn't much of a celebration. We stayed up til midnight but didn't see the ball-drop. I was so tired, so I didn't go outside when Kevin took the boys out to light sparklers leftover from the 4th of July. I'm not one big on resolutions because it's a new year, but this year I have every intention of being better at every aspect of life. To love more, to relax more, to be more patient, to open my mail more often (lol), to purge more clutter than ever before, eat less fast-food, go outside more, continue going to the gym 3x a week, buy a bike, and most importantly I need to learn to LOVE MYSELF MORE.

The photo I chose for today was taken earlier on in the year, and is one of my absolute favorites from all of 2013. We had a big year, we played frisbee golf, we went to florida, genesis started preschool, then he broke his arm, and tsyler turned three! I had a few thousand photos to choose from as I made this post, and this is the one I chose. This one, to me, sums up my year.

I hope your year was as full of love and good times as ours. May 2014 be nothing less than amazing.

Stay awesome.
