Day 332 - November 28, 2013

Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone!

I hope your holiday was spent surrounded by family and friends. I hope you got to share time together, enjoy each other's company and that you're thankful for everything you have in this world.

I am thankful that I was able to catch this special moment between my Grandma Rose and my cousin, Irene. Grandma usually spends so much of her time at the holiday gatherings preparing the food that she either doesn't get around to getting the camera out or she's behind the lens of all the photos. Totally jealous that my cousin got a Selfie with Grandma and not me! lol!

And might I just add that I am so incredibly proud to be kin to both of these women.

My Grandma is the inspiration behind each and every one of my handmade cards. She's been an amazing person her entire life and I'm so grateful to have her as my maternal Grandmother. They even opened their home up to me while I was in college {even though I probably didn't deserve it}

My cousin is well on her way to persuing her dream to be a Graphic Artist. She's taking it way more serious than I ever did and she's already doing big things with her life. She spent the summer in NYC co-oping which is more than a lot of people can say!  I'm so proud of her! She's going to California in the next Month or so, and I can't wait to see where her journey takes her after that!
